A TASTE OF MEXICO

Join us for A Taste of Mexico with a Culinary Campus twist as Chef Steve Lepine, PCK '01, guides you on a delicious overview of a Mexican Fiesta.

Learn how to prepare fresh pico de gallo and fried chips, black bean and corn salad, Mexican rice, tequila shrimp fajitas, roast pork with adobo sauce and to top it all off, churros with chocolate sauce for dessert.
