Who We Are

Our team consists of four SAIT students in their second year of the Medical Radiologic Technology program, which means we’re all in training to become X-ray technologists. We all currently work in clinics and hospitals as a part of our clinical practicum, gaining hands-on experience in our field before we’ve even graduated.

What We’re Doing

We are traveling to Copenhagen, Denmark to attend the International Orientation Week at Metropolitan University College (Metropol). We will be meeting with students from the Danish Institute, and we will also have the chance to network with other professionals in the field from other parts of Europe.

Why Are We Doing This?

Metropol offers an amazing opportunity to build international connections with other professionals in the field, and this year is SAIT’s inaugural trip to begin building those connections. We hope that future generations of students will have the opportunity to build their own international relations every year. We will be arriving to Metropol as ambassadors of SAIT and what the school stands for as an institution, and we strive to uphold SAIT’s prestigious standing and bring that reputation across international waters.

How You Can Help

Our team is looking to raise $2,000 to help offset the cost of airfare and accommodation. Your contribution will help build further international connections within SAIT and help to bring study abroad opportunities to further generations of SAIT students. Every donation is tax-deductible.
