Welcome to our crowdfunding project for an immersive Hospitality Industry Exploration Study Tour to London and Paris! We are a group of 30 passionate hospitality and culinary students from SAIT, eager to expand our knowledge and skills by experiencing the vibrant food cultures of two culinary capitals. Additionally, we aim to gain insights into the hospitality and beverage industries by visiting renowned hotels and wine companies, and exploring various facets of service, management, and beverage production.

Our study tour is not a typical sightseeing trip. We have meticulously curated an itinerary that offers a unique blend of culinary and hospitality experiences, from visiting famous hotels like SAVOY and embarking on the BEEFEATER distillery tour to exploring renowned companies in the industry in London. Additionally, our journey will include a wine and cheese tasting workshop in Paris, providing us with insights into beverage pairing and hospitality industry practices.
