La Dolce Vita - An Evening of Italian Wine & Culinary Indulgence

Join us for a memorable evening celebrating outstanding Italian wine and food pairings at Hy’s Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar.

Enjoy a curated tasting of premium selections from Italy’s world-renowned Banfi Wines, complemented by Chef’s decadent Italian-inspired hors d’oeuvres. The highlight will be a carvery, showcasing the perfect pairing of Canada Prime beef and exceptional Tuscan wine.

In partnership with SAIT, the evening supports the John Aisenstat Memorial Award, benefiting students pursuing careers in Culinary and Hospitality Arts.

Ticket Information

Tickets are $125 per person, which includes a $50 tax receipt.
