Students of SAIT’s School of Hospitality and Tourism are thrilled to announce and invite you as their guests to attend SAIT+ Flavours of the Nation featuring Grey Eagle Chefs Michael & Marshal Crowchild ! Join us at The Tastemarket Canadian Kitchen on Thursday, September 18 6PM – 9PM for a student event showcasing the culture and cuisine from Canada.
About Chefs Michael & Marshal Crowchild
Chef Michael Crowchild is known for his contemporary approach to Indigenous cuisine, often incorporating Indigenous ingredients and flavours to create innovative dishes that celebrate his heritage. His brother, Chef Marshal Crowchild, celebrates cooking as a way to make people happy and bring them together, and finds joy and a sense of belonging in creating food, especially Indigenous cuisine. The brothers are both Chefs at the Grey Eagle Resort and Casino, where they use their culinary talents to honor their heritage and introduce guests to diverse and memorable dining experiences. Flavours of the Nation offers a unique opportunity for students and guests to foster a deeper understanding and appreciation for Indigenous cuisine, all while celebrating the knowledge and rich flavours introduced by the two passionate chefs.
