The CEWIL iHub Bursary funding prioritizes students who are members of social groups that face equity and inclusion barriers. The information you provide on this form is collected for the purposes of confirming your interest in participating and/or participation in the CEWIL iHub innovative work-integrated learning funding program. The information you provide will be shared with CEWIL Canada and the Government of Canada. It may be used and/or disclosed for policy analysis, research and/or program evaluation purposes. However, individual names will not be used in the aforementioned purposes. In accordance with CEWIL guidelines, bursary funding disbursal is split 50/50 between the start of the first half of the semester and the second half of the semester. Refusal to fully complete application form will unfortunately result in your application being ineligible for the iHub Bursary funding from CEWIL. The Information collected in the following form is used to collect information to determine your participation in the CEWIL iHub funding and to record the results of your involvement in the program’s activity.
While all questions are mandatory, participants may choose to select “prefer not to answer” to any demographic question pertaining to gender and/or identifying with a social group.

Award criteria: • Must be enrolled in a SAIT unpaid curricular WIL/internship/practicum/co-op for Fall 2024 semester. • Must demonstrate financial need • Must be a domestic student • Preference for Canadian Indigenous students, racialized Canadians, persons living with a disability, women-identifying or non-binary persons, newcomers to Canada (within 5 years), official language minorities, 2SLGBTQ+ students, students living in remote or rural locations, students with low socioeconomic status, mature students, and students from refugee pathways. The CEWIL iHub Bursary funding prioritizes students who are members of social groups that face equity and inclusion barriers. Once those students have been prioritized, all other SAIT students participating in unpaid curricular WIL in the Fall 2024 semester will be considered.
